RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Process

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns or exchanges within 20 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team. SALES are FINAL on clearance items.

Online Shipments

For purchases made at www.johnlevin.com we offer a store credit or a refund (shipping charges not included) within 20 days of purchase. The item(s) must be mailed back.

All returned items must have the receipt, original tags attached, not be worn or washed, and in perfect condition. For in-store pickups & phone orders, our return policy is the same - we issue store credit within 20 days of purchase. If you feel your items are incorrect, or damaged in any way, you must notify John Levin Clothing within 3 days of receipt.

SALES are FINAL on clearance items. If a coupon code is used, those items are considered discounted.

Locally Delivered Orders

For purchases made at www.johnlevin.com and delivered locally to your door we offer a store credit or a refund (shipping charges not included) within 20 days of purchase. Contact customer service to schedule a pickup of the item(s) you want to return or exchange. Just leave your item(s) at your front door and they will be picked up. We can also exchange the item for a different size, style, color, etc. The details will be communicated through email.
